Creative Requests

How does Dog Haus handle creative requests, and what should I do if I need something custom for my restaurant?

The corporate marketing team reviews every creative request. Priority goes to national campaigns and to materials that can serve multiple locations across the system. Many requests that start with one restaurant turn out to be useful for others, so when a request can become a reusable resource, the marketing team builds it once and shares it with everyone. The goal is to have Dog Haus-approved material ready for every common occasion, from new store openings to stadium signage.

For highly specific local events or one-off executions, marketing will generally point you to the shared templates, assets, and brand guidelines rather than producing custom pieces. Your team or local agency can use those resources to create what you need.

All locally produced creative must follow Dog Haus brand standards, so review the brand style guide before anything is printed, posted, or published. To make this easier, the template library is expanding after the brand refresh to include social posts, flyers, A-frames, and other common marketing needs. Each template will be designed so you can tailor it to your restaurant while keeping the brand consistent. Approved creative, including national campaign assets in multiple sizes and file formats will be available through the Creative Haus (asset library).
